DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installation and configuration of servers, VPS, and software for internal and customers Monitoring server uptime from Nagios Monitoring Spam emails from Spam Experts tools Analyze and fix problems related to email, web server database, and DNS problems Monitoring provision and slack to provide analysis and solutions on issues detected. Take action and send emails of abusive actions to customers if a violation is found according to the AUP Checking software and kernel versions and updating if bugs or problems are found in the version used Ensure backups and updates, success on all hosting and internal servers
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Bachelor's Degree in IT. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and networking Software solution and network structure design experience and hardware knowledge will be an advantage Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach Customer focus and excellent communication skills Understanding of urgency and priority handling experience Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and easy understanding to a technical and non-technical audience Knowing about the Domain, Hosting/Server, and Website sales is an advantage. Age maximal 33 Years
