REQUIREMENT
Able to conduct daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a refigeration product while assesing work performance and identifying areas for improvement in achieving sales KPI, distribution channel & marketing objectives in Area assigned. Candidate preferable graduated from refrigeration engineering/cold chain or equivalent. Required language(s): English. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Negotiation skills, Communication skills, Sales planning, Route planning, Forecasting, Team Development Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Willing to be placed in MEDAN AREA.
