Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. Age Minimal 25 Years Old Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Having good Negotiation and Comunication Skill Good Knowledge in Labor Laws Having knowledge for handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Stationed at Site Project Willing to work on site with long period of time Willing to Work under pressure
