REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply). Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Tech savvy with good knowledge of computer systems, application and other tech products. Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Proficiency in English Excellent communication skills Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
