DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Helpdesk Function Receive helpdesk calls from users Categorise and record the calls into a problem logging syatem (e.g. Excel) Record user reported problems and dispatch the calls to the responsible parties Coordinate with system team, application team and third-party vendors for problem resolutions Schedule, track and monitor the progress of the calls resolution Provide timely escalation depending on the severity of the calls Provide relevant statistics and reports for effective problem tracking and tend analyst
