DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support Relationship Management team and assist Relationship Managers on handling various issues of Commodities clients; To handle bank accounts related work including but not limited to account opening, IDEAL banking application and maintenance issues, amendment, etc Conduct due diligence on clients and perform KYC, CDD reviews without delay Handling customer enquiries relating to bank accounts matters Fixed deposit rate quotation, set up , renewal and uplift, etc Bank reference letter preparation Booking of bank limits Facility documentation follow-up for limit input Consolidation and preparation of various reports to other departments and as directed by team head Handling of various administrative work to facilitate smooth running of the team.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in banking industry; A good team player Ability to work independently Strong sense of responsibility Good communication skill and customer-oriented; Fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
