DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

planning and developing merchandising strategies analyzing sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs. collaboration with buyers, suppliers, distributor to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales. maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory forecast profite/sales and plan budgets monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc. build constructive customer relationship with channel partner to make pipeline and close deals remain up to date with industry's best practices
REQUIREMENT

min S1 in any majors At least 3 years in the same experiences as sales and merchandiser good in sales to achieve target experienced as merchandiser offline highly creative in indentifying target market up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends for healthy products and best practices excellent verbal and written communication skills have a strong listening, presenting and decision making skills
