DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible Answer phone calls, assist callers with inquiries and preparation of customer orders. Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, scanners, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc. Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc. Complete accurate assigned reports Maintain spreadsheets for various reports Assist in office management and organization procedures Monitor stocks of office supplies, products for inventories and report when there are shortages Perform other office duties as assigned by Superior Excellent organizational and time management Multi-tasking aptitude
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Senior High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. No work experience required. Required Skill(s): English, Filipino Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Must be knowledgeable in MS Word and MS Excel Willing to learn and team player Willing to work in Makati and Quezon City
