DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Greet and welcome visitors Handle incoming calls Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences & courier documents Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable Arrange meeting rooms booking schedule & ensure meeting rooms in readiness for meetings / events Maintain office security & attendance record (monitor attendance logbook, issue visitor badges) Assist other administrative duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Form 5 or above At least 3 years relevant experience; working experience in MNC is an advantage Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of people Good command of spoken English and Cantonese; fair in Mandarin Pleasant, cheerful, attentive to details and initiative on work Well organized and strong sense of responsibility Proficient with MS office and Outlook Immediate availability is preferred Working hours: Monday - Friday Saturday (Alternative)
