DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a sales support coordinator, you’ll be providing sales support, via Telemarketing, to the Commercial Sales team whose customers are travel agents in Taiwan. Additionally, to explore new sales opportunity through telemarketing.Conduct telemarketing sales to selected small travel agent customers Run CRM tool to update sales activities and travel agent customers Sales activities include making calls to explore new customer sales opportunity, update customer details, encourage customers to meet up with Travelport sales team. Follow up and renew contract with customer Prepare sales report for the sales team to assist the team to track customer performance and discover sales insights Assist GM to perform MIDT market analysis
REQUIREMENT

At least Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduate will be considered Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Powerpoint/ Excel is a must Experience with CRM and travel industry an advantage Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally & written at multiple levels Autonomy and with passion in travel business
