REQUIREMENT

You have a degree qualification coupled with significant experience in pharmaceutical industry. A minimum of 5 years of previous GM experience from pharmaceutical, healthcare industry would be preferred and important consideration in decision making. Combined with a proven track record heading up sizable sales organizations are required to be successful in this role. Bringing significant business experience from the healthcare industry in the Middle East Region, is seen as highly beneficial. As a seasoned people leader, you are investing in developing your employees and support their growth. You are a commercially savvy business executive, an excellent communicator, and analytical thinker experienced developing and implementing strategies.
