Coverage of traditional stores such as hardware, construction supplies and other stores selling door hardware
Generate sell-out for YALE and help distributors conduct direct sales to Modern Trade customers.
Drive sales, presence, and visibility of Yale products through effective sales execution of marketing and sales initiatives
Open and develop new channel partners such as Dealers, sub-dealers and retailers
Identify key issues, trends, and opportunities to increase market share and creatively help in growing the business.
Develop the range and portfolio strategy by store type working closely with the Retail Sales Head.
Ensure optimal distribution and merchandising.
Execute trade and product marketing campaigns
Collect and submit in a timely manner relevant market information like competitors' updates, pricing, and other significant and valuable insights gathered in actual discussions with channel partners
Provide timely reports, updates, and presentations (business reviews) as may be required
REQUIREMENT
With demonstrable experience in retail distribution, sales, and merchandising management preferably in the building materials industry
Exhibits strong effective verbal and written communication, selling, and relevant marketing skill set
Has the willingness to travel out-base as may be required for business purposes
Skills in MS Office applications i.e., EXCEL and PPT is a plus
