DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

-) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. -) Identify and target key clients and market segments for processor sales. -) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. -) Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions. -) Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. -) Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. -) Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
REQUIREMENT

-) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. -) Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or computer hardware industry. -) Strong knowledge of processors, with a focus on Intel and AMD products. -) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
