DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Organized and consolidate budget estimate from various departments and manage the budget to achieve target EAT and EBI TDA. Manage rolling forecast (quarterly) based on actual achievement. Review and analyze budget vs actual, include coordinate with relevant department in finding the root cause and solution to overcome the issues. Analyze profitability on CAPEX. Provide alternatives and recommendations to reduce cost and improve financial performance. Update cashflow forecast on monthly basis.
REQUIREMENT

5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles within the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on cost controlling and financial analysis. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
