Manage and steer IT and business key stakeholders’ meetings to adopt cost effective solutions and ensure successful projects delivery Ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhere to internal processes & standards such as IT security standard and Agile / SDLC framework Collaborate with team members, software architects, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context Identifying opportunities to enhance customer and staff journey through various digital and physical channels such as off-the-shelf systems, point-of-sales, self-service kiosks, web, mobile applications, mini programs, etc. Manage integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects For integrations across various sub-systems, candidate is expected to evaluate existing components and systems to understand the data design, discuss development approach, and implement solutions to ensure integration leverage on industry best practices.
