DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide leadership to finance, accounting and tax areas of the organization
Assist in issuing timely, accurate, and complete financial statements for management (income statement, balance sheet, budget and variance, projections and forecast and cash flow) and in accordance with Indonesian law and standard accepted accounting principles
Assist in coordinating the preparation of the draft audited financial statements and all tax returns in accordance with Indonesian taxation laws and regulations
Maintain processes and controls related to transaction processing
Maintain system of accounts and keep books and records on all transactions and assets
Manage, oversee, process (as appropriate), and act as backup for processing of the following transactions: accounts payable, revenue and expense, fixed assets, cash, bank reconciliations, and allocations
Provide useful financial insights to help make better derisions about formulating and executing strategy, and provide guidance and analysis for management to improve results
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting from top reputable local or overseas universities
Min 10 years of experience in relevant field, preferably including at least 7 years in managerial role
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with others
Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision-making skills
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent in Retail Company
Able to adapt quickly to new opportunities and technologies
Willing to be located in Bandung-West Java
