DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Service cases are analyzed in detail be referring to the cards system, CRM system and Finacle banking system. The cases raised by front end channels need to be resolved within a specified turn around time by providing a solution to the issue. This involves making decisions based on the case facts within the prescribed practices of the bank. Customers are also contacted over phone, email and through letters to gather additional information on the case raised and to convey the final outcome of the resolution provided. Single window for assisting branches, Priority Banking and Private Banking RMs in servicing customer requests and handling complaints.
REQUIREMENT

High school essential, bachelors degree preferred Banking Diploma Customer service skills. Analytical approach to problem solving. Good service skills and customer orientation. Strong personal values and high ethics. 20-25 UAE National Only Preferred good fluency in English and Arabic
